Prudential Locations is a multi-faceted real estate company. Since 1969, we’ve been proud of our rich kama’aina tradition in the islands. Our website was designed to connect home buyers and sellers with the right tools to complete any real estate transaction by tapping into our decades of extensive local experience and connections, as well as details of every listing —home, land or condo — on Oahu, Maui, Big Island, Kauai, Molokai and Lanai. Our emphasis on market research and agent training has paid off and made us a leader in our industry, ranking us in the top 4 percent of all Prudential Real Estate affiliates nationwide.

  Prudential Locations’ agents are licensed by the state of Hawaii and are members of the Honolulu Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. They adhere to strict guidelines on business ethics and a code of conduct. In addition, they are highly trained in the subjects of first-time home buying, investing, foreclosures, financing, and rely on the company’s comprehensive Research Division to continually track sales and trends around the island.

  Prudential Locations has always believed in supporting the community it serves. The Prudential Locations Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization committed to serving the needs of children and families in Hawaii through the support of non-profit organizations and programs. Foundation members generate much needed funding and volunteer their personal time and commitment.

  By coordinating the efforts of our real estate professionals and staff toward the betterment of our community, the Foundation aims to enhance the lives of Hawaii's disadvantaged children and families. In addition to monetary donations, we commit a great deal of time and energy to these charities.
