We’ve Gone Solar

On the roof of our Diamond Head office, we have installed 448 photo voltaic panels to convert solar energy into 136,034-kilowatt hours a year, reducing our carbon footprint and our emissions of greenhouse gases greatly. Our office is powered by local, natural, non-polluting energy. We have made the commitment to alternative and sustainable energy.

We Recycle

We have an extensive recycling program, including newspaper, paper, cans, glass, and plastic. The funds generated from our bottle-recycling program go back to community organizations.

We Use Recycled Products

Our mailers and reports are printed on recyclable materials and printed with vegetable based inks.  We have also made a commitment to purchase recycled or recyclable office products whenever possible

We’ve Reduced Our Paper Usage

With our intranet infrastructure, our agents can submit contracts to managers online, greatly reducing paper usage, while also allowing them to work remotely, cutting down on unnecessary emissions from driving in to the office. We have instituted several paperless initiatives that allow us to handle and store our files electronically.
