Saving a Search
Stop repeating yourself! Select the Save This Search button when
viewing the results of any search and save time by never typing the same criteria
again.
Accessing your Saved Searches
Now that you've created a Saved Search, conduct your search in one easy step from
the right hand column or Saved Searches page.
Neighborhood Expert Email Alerts
Now your home can find you! Chose to receive Neighborhood Expert email alerts and
be the first to know when properties matching your criteria:
- come on the market
- change in status - for example, when a property falls out of escrow and again becomes
available
- change in price - for example, when the asking price of an active property drops
- have new photos
