In January 2013 we saw 28 single family home sales with a median price of $405,000, which was a price decrease of 12% compared to the previous month, but an increase of 1% compared to the previous year. Condos had 15 condo sales with a median price of $300,000, which was a price increase of 10% compared to the previous month, and an increase of 11% compared to a year ago.
It took a median of 203 days for a single family home to sell on Kauai, and a median of 264 days to sell a condominium.
