During the month of April 2012, Maui's real estate market did the following: There were 76 single family home sold, and the median price of one of those homes was $495,000, an increase of 11% vs a month previous, but down 2% vs a year ago. 127 condos sold, with a median price of $399,000, which was a price increase of 9% vs the month previous, and up 19% vs a year ago.
It took a median of 72 days for a single family home to sell on Maui, and a median of 79 days to sell a condominium.
