Thanks for posting the stats. The short DOM for Oahu is encouraging. I don't put too much into month by month pricing. I'll look generally at nothing shorter than a quarter interval or half-year when considering a purchase (as an investor). Stats are an art as much as a science! That being said, I think the rest of the year could turn out to be a good one for the Oahu scene, depending on what happens with the foreclosure moratorium. Keep up the posts...
