What does "Save my login" mean?
If you check the "save my login" box, you won't have to reenter your username and password in to our website every time you come back. Your browser will "remember" your username and password. Simply click the [Login] button to sign in.
The web site does this by placing a "cookie" on your computer. If you have your cookies disabled, you will not be able to use this feature.
Important:
You should always remember your username and password, or write them down in a safe place.
Should I check the "Save my login" box or not?
If you use a shared computer, such as in a library, Internet cafe, university, airport or other common area, DO NOT check the "Remember me" box. If you are using your own computer, you may use the feature which will save you time in logging in.
What if I change my mind?
If after selecting the "save my login" option you change your mind, close your browser and then reopen your browser and go to the Prudential Locations web site. Before clicking the [Login] button, uncheck the "save my login" check box. Then login. The web site will remove the "cookie" from your computer and the next time you visit the web site, your login information will not be pre-entered in the login fields.
